The State Of National Education Systems
Inequality In Pk-12 Education And Age Restrictive Factors.
Introduction
Education systems around the world have existed unevenly in the major nations of
Europe and North America. The correlation between education forms or systems changes at the
level of productivity and economic skills requirements is indirect and highly influenced by other
factors. The connections between educational development and the dynamic social conditions or
requirements of labor are complicated and by no means a relation of direct and immediate
correspondence.
In the United States, education is dissembled in private institutions, public institutions, and
homeschooling alternatives. State governments are the corresponsive authority when it comes to
setting overall educational standards, mandating the standardization of tests for public schools
and overall supervision by the use of a board of regents, state colleges and universities
(Dynarski, p 430). Funding is often disbursed from the state, local and federal government.
The National Council of Teachers of English was founded back in 1911. The founding was done
by a group of educators in Chicago, Illinois. The team is Known as the English Round Table of
the National Education Association. The motive was on creating professional responses to
dynamic needs and values regarding education, particularly English. Initially set out to explore
the problems arising from a rigid, narrowly defined approach to English Language instruction.

Thesis 1. Hypothesis-Testing Model
‘When financial inequality is the topic, it can seem as if all the news is bad. There are
those who believe financial inequality is to be attributed to poor education systems while others
believe otherwise; it’s a fail by the government on economic development. Economic
segregation is on the rise. Racial gaps in education, employment and health endure. Today’s
society strives to ensure equality among all individuals.” Financial inequality in public high
schools causes segregation in three levels and dimensions. The dimensions include the spatial
segregation of poverty and affluence. There is also the aspect of race-specific patterns of income
segregation and lastly the geographic entity of income segregation.
In college, there are children from both low and high-income families who persist
through the system to the graduation stage. There has been an increase in the inequality of men
in terms of educational attainment from the year 1980. There has been a relationship between
income inequality and income segmentation as shown by the evidence depicted. But among
women, however, educational attainment has risen sharply with regards to indifference or
inequality. This has been fueled by increases in the education of the daughters by high-income
families. There are however signs that this education gap started to widen over the past 50 years
in the 1970s. This is the time that wealth and income inequality in our nation went up (Dynarski,
p. 434). The past 30 years have seen a sustained rise in inequality in terms of wages, incomes,
and wealth. This has led to more income and wealth to those at the top of the economic ladder.
The result is that there is the pulling of the rich further away from those on different societal
classes(Dynarski, p. 430).
In the year 2013, approximately 87% of school-aged children attended state-funded
private schools while 10% attended foundation sponsored schools while roughly 3% were home-

schooled. Few charity institutions cover all of the student’s tuition. There is a gap in
contextualizing and comprehending how age discrimination or indifference in different states
across the country, largely influences how high school students eventually end up to make
critical life decisions. Schooling is compulsory for all school going children in the United States,
but the age regulations differ from state to state (Dynarski, p 429). Some states allow students
between 14-17 to exit school without parental consent before they are eligible while other states
require students to remain to school till they are 18 years of age.
Thesis 2. Filling the Gap Model
‘Why is it that scholars have previously tried to justify the independence of test results as
the major determinant in joining college, in totality true access to higher education for most of
the high school students who may feel under-represented is largely dependant on what
stakeholders are being involved in the process. The parties selected include parent,
administrative officials, families, members of the community, business owners, and other staff
members. A closer look at this statement or proclamation identifies that the information needed
to evaluate K-12/postsecondary education bridge programs is inclusive of certain attributes
(Dynarski, p 427). The attributes may include the shared characteristics among effective
programs. There is also the provision of a key person to mentor students over time. The person
will provide high-quality instruction through untacking and defined coursework. They will also
consider the students’ cultural backgrounds which will help in providing peer support and
financial assistance while ensuring incentives provision. The factors that contribute to program
restrictions are attrition, academic achievement, and participant selection.

Type of postsecondary institution and costs are also factors affecting the program restrictions.
Few programs have completed a thorough evaluation of their activities. Overall, the programs
have little effect on academic achievement (Dynarski, p 429).
Conclusion.
Nowadays one can find more and more systems for data mining techniques in e-learning and
web-based adaptive educational systems regardless of the economic inequality. Since we are
targeting the National Council of Teachers of English, we should understand that much of the
teaching is about helping students master new knowledge and skills not helping them not forget
what they have learned.
