Scavenger Hunt
Locate or create each of the following artifacts and digitize (scan) any that are not in an electronic
form (Word doc, pdf, jpg, tiff, etc). Create a cover page with the assignment title, your name, and
the date of submission. Organize your artifacts in order as listed below and link from each item
below to the appropriate artifact. If your artifact came from a website, include the URL beside the
item below.
Helpful hints:
1. Search the Internet for appropriate information and resources for each item in the scavenger
hunt. Copy the URL from each Website you select into your scavenger hunt document, and
summarize in 2 to 3 sentences what unique information on that specific Website meets the
needs of your scavenger hunt. If you download an item, indicate that in your site summary.

4. Save your assignment with your last name in the file name and upload to the Scavenger
Hunt Assignment in eCampus.

post URL at the bottom of the page, along with the author’s name.
Item 8 – Describe one of the Auditory Concentration Games from http://www.manythings.org/ac/
and summarize how you would use it in a treatment session.
Item 9 – Select and describe one of the English as a Second Language Listening Games from
http://www.elllo.org/games/student_games.htm and summarize how you would use it in a
session. List any additional ESL website URLs that provide helpful activities
Item 10 – Select an Aural Rehabilitation Curriculum and describe a client with whom you would
use it. (A curriculum is not a textbook. It is a planned program of education or treatment
intended to be used from beginning to end, although it can be used in segments.) Do not
purchase this curriculum – should locate a source where you could purchase it, if needed.
