Executive Summary
Culture Clothing and Apparel Company which aims to have a new brand name as Culture. The
business aims to rejuvenate and increase sales hence the need to acquire effective strategy in
marketing and customer’s service. Some of the strategies which need to be prioritized include.
1. Marketing-The marketing tools hence need to particular effective ways to create
awareness on products.
2. Online Marketing-Need to market online will be addressed adequately.
3. Management-The mode of company management to ensure accountability
4. Competition-Competition from similar firms to ensure maximum market share.

Purpose
Previewing how other companies in the market strive to make sales, there is a great need to
choose efficient marketing tools, ensure smooth management of the company, and know how to
maximum sales in a competitive market.
Discussion of Findings
1. Marketing tools and methods
There will be different marketing tools involved both online and offline to ensure awareness of
the products and publicity of the brand name (Kotler et al. 2015). The marketing till will ensure
there are many email subscribers to ensure customers receive emails on updates on new
products.
2. Online Marketing
Through the Facebook account by Culture, there will be uploads of every new designer to ensure
effective marketing of the brand’s name and new products and offer a better platform for
customers to give their inquiries.
3. Company management
The company management will have a different department to ensure the smooth running of the
activities in the company. The human resource will handle complaints from the staff and cater to
the welfare of the employees (Easey, 2009). The customer care department will coordinate with
the staffs to manage employees complains and inquiries. The accounts department will ensure
accountability all transaction on goods will be done online; hence no need for receipts.
5. Competition
Avoiding overpriced raw materials- buy products directly from the suppliers will enable the
company to sell the products at a lower price than competitors hence increase profits.
Conclusion and recommendations
After proper research was accomplished, it is clear that Culture brand will thrill and make good
profits by the end of the financial year given the provided guidelines are well adhered to.
